Beverly Hills Seventh-day Adventist Church has stood on South Justine Street for decades, in the heart of Chicago’s Beverly neighborhood. We are a Christ-centered and Spirit-filled congregation, drawn from every background and walk of life, and our doors are open to anyone who wants to walk through them.

To Care
Caring is where it starts. For the person in the pew beside you, for the neighbor who needs groceries on a Wednesday evening, and for anyone who walks in carrying something heavy.
To Share
We share the gospel of Jesus Christ with people from every background — not as an argument to be won, but as good news that changed us first.
To Disciple
Faith grows in company. Through Sabbath School, midweek prayer and study together, we help one another become people who look more like Christ.

What we believe
Rooted in Scripture, expecting Christ’s return
Seventh-day Adventists hold the Bible as the written Word of God and the standard for faith and practice. We worship on the seventh-day Sabbath, Saturday, as a weekly gift of rest and a reminder of creation. And we live in expectation of the soon return of Jesus Christ.

Who serves this church
A congregation runs on the people who show up early and leave late. Ours is led by a pastoral team alongside elders, deacons, a church clerk and the many members who quietly keep things going.

Beverly Hills is a congregation of the Illinois Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, within the North American Division of a worldwide church family present in more than 200 countries. The same Sabbath we keep here is being kept this morning on every continent.
